Elios

Elios was founded in western Sicily by Nicola Adamo and Guido Parrinello, two friends united by a desire to return to their families' agricultural roots and showcase a different side of Sicilian wine. Working in the hills around Alcamo and Trapani, they farm vineyards that had previously supplied fruit to larger producers, choosing instead to bottle wines that express the identity of the land.

The vineyards are farmed organically and with minimal intervention, reflecting a philosophy built around respect for nature and the individuality of each vintage. In the cellar, spontaneous fermentations and gentle winemaking allow the grapes to speak for themselves.Their wines capture the energy and character of western Sicily, combining freshness, texture and authenticity. Elios has become one of a new generation of producers helping to redefine the region through thoughtful farming and low-intervention winemaking.
