Valla is a small family estate located in Ziano Piacentino, in the rolling hills of Emilia-Romagna. Led by Davide Valla, the winery is built on a simple belief: great wine begins with healthy vineyards and a deep respect for the environment.

The vineyards are managed using sustainable practices and advanced integrated pest management, minimising intervention while encouraging biodiversity. Every decision in the vineyard is guided by the desire to preserve the health of the land for future generations.In the cellar, Davide combines traditional methods with a thoughtful, low-intervention approach. Historic cement tanks play an important role in fermentation and ageing, while some wines undergo ancestral bottle fermentation to create naturally sparkling expressions. The resulting wines are honest, vibrant and closely connected to both the landscape and the people who produce them.
