Domaine Vintur

Domaine Vintur is situated on the southern slopes of Mont Ventoux in Provence, where vineyards have long benefited from the combination of Mediterranean sunshine, cooling mistral winds and limestone-rich soils. The estate entered a new chapter in 2010 when British wine enthusiast Graham Shore acquired the property and began restoring both the vineyards and winery.

With a background in viticulture and oenology, Graham has focused on producing wines that reflect the character of Ventoux while respecting the region's traditions. The estate's mature vines, many between 30 and 60 years old, contribute depth and complexity to the wines, while careful vineyard work ensures balance and freshness. Today, Domaine Vintur produces a range of wines that combine Provençal charm with a thoughtful, hands-on approach to winemaking. They are wines that speak clearly of their place, shaped by the landscape and climate of southern France.
