Natural

Natural wine is a wine making process which uses minimal intervention, organic or biodynamic grapes, naturally occurring yeasts for fermentation, and minimal or no sulphites added during bottling. 

Natural winemakers aim to interfere as little as possible with the natural process of fermentation and maturation. 

The movement towards these traditional practices emphasises the expression of the grape and their natural environment with minimal manipulation or intervention.
