Founded in 1995, and having always focusedon quality wines from Baião, Casa das Hortas is one of the oldest companies in the region.
With the Azeredo family's third generation already being integrated into the company's management, Casa das Hortas is bigger, better equipped and with a broader vision in dedicating itself to the production, bottling, and distribution of wines from the Douro and Vihno Verde regions.
Baião, the land that bridges the peak of the Serra do Marão to one of the most beautiful reservoirs of the Douro river, is home to this rich history and immeasurable heritage.
