Description: This wine is made with hand-picked Nero d'Avola, the grapes are medium pressed and the must is put in a stainless steel tin for the fermentation process. When the malolactic fermentation finishes we proceed to racking putting the wine into chestnut tonneaux (typical Sicilian barrels).
