Orange

Orange wine is a wine that is made in the same process as red wine but from white wine grapes only.

During fermentation the skins are kept in contact with the juice, this results in a distinctive orange / amber colour and provides a different flavour profile.

The skin contact process also extracts the tannins from the grape skin giving a richer and more textured taste compared to white wine.
