A Legacy in Every Bottle: The Story of Comparini Farm

In the rolling hills of Val d’Elsa, Comparini Farm has been rooted in family tradition for six generations. The Montepagani Comparini family has lovingly tended the vineyards of Poggimele and Monteboro, where each vine tells a story of devotion, heritage, and connection to the land. These are not just vineyards—they are living symbols of a timeless bond between people and place.

Crafting Excellence from Historic Soil

Since 2005, Lorenzo Genesio Montepagani and winemaker Stefano Di Blasi have carried this legacy forward, producing just 10,000 bottles a year with precision and care. From hand-harvested grapes to artisanal winemaking, each step is infused with intention. The vineyard’s rebirth in 1999 marked a new chapter, reclaiming its 18th-century legacy on Le Pietrine hill to create elegant IGT wines that reflect both tradition and innovation.

Comparini wines offer more than flavour—they offer a connection to centuries of craftsmanship.
