Description: The acclimatization of Chenin Blanc in Sicily represents, in our family history, an experiment of great pride and satisfaction. Originally from the Loire, this variety encounters in the Belice valley an alluvial soil of a similar nature, but a much milder climate.

In Toninno's interpretation, which includes a passage in concrete, the sharpness and acidity that characterize the wines of the Loire are smoothed by power and olfactory variety, with hints of herbs and fresh fruit, such as apple and pear. Drinkability and richness are its seductive weapons.
